The “Launch & Own” package is a done-for-you website design and copywriting service.

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following:

  • This is a collaborative process that requires your timely participation

  • Delays in communication or content submission may impact your launch timeline

  • The project includes only the pages, features, and revisions outlined in your proposal

Timeline Expectations

Project timelines are based on timely feedback and approvals. If communication is delayed by more than 14 days, the project may be paused and subject to a restart fee.


4. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project

  • Payment plans (if offered) must be completed according to the agreed schedule

  • Final deliverables (including website launch) will not be released until full payment is received

  • You are responsible for any payment processing fees

5. Revisions & Scope

Your project includes a defined number of revisions.

A “revision” means adjusting existing content or design—not creating entirely new concepts or pages.

Requests outside the agreed scope (additional pages, rebranding direction changes, new features) will require a separate quote.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful project, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Submit content, images, and feedback on time

  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe

  • Ensure you have legal rights to all materials you provide

Crystal Creative Co is not responsible for errors or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete client-provided information.


7. Strategy & Results Disclaimer

All websites and copy are created using proven strategy and best practices.

However, Crystal Creative Co does not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue or sales results

  • Search engine rankings (SEO performance)

  • Website traffic or conversion rates

Your results depend on factors such as your marketing, offer, audience, and business operations.


8. Platform & Third-Party Tools

Websites may be built using third-party platforms (such as Squarespace or similar tools).

Crystal Creative Co is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or technical issues

  • Changes in platform pricing, features, or policies

  • Third-party integrations, plugins, or tools

Ongoing maintenance, updates, and platform subscriptions are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.


9. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received:

  • You own your final website and approved copy

However:

  • Crystal Creative Co retains the right to showcase your project in portfolios, marketing, and social media

  • Drafts, unused concepts, and internal processes remain the property of Crystal Creative Co


10. Website Launch & Ownership

Upon project completion and final payment:

  • Your website will be transferred or fully accessible to you

  • You are responsible for ongoing management, updates, and maintenance

Crystal Creative Co is not liable for issues that arise after launch due to edits, third-party changes, or lack of maintenance.


11. Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Any work completed must be paid for

  • If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period ([30 days or more]), the project may be considered abandoned without refund

12. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Creative Co is not liable for:

  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Issues caused by third-party services or client misuse


13. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
